A person who, by his mere presence, will make special even a faded winter yawn.

But this is the season of love and Venice is ready to offer its natural and architectural belly to two other souls, looking for their sentimental consecration. So here they are, the newly Renzo and Lucia, wandering around Venice. Time is always mean and the city has a lot to offer besides the usual obligatory stops. Among them there is also the local cuisine and a gondola ride.

Before delighting the soul, it's good to delight even the fork, so the couple sits in the prestigious Quadri, the only restaurant located directly on Piazza San Marco, take over from 2011 by the Alajmo family, and a year later already have a star, conferred by Michelin Guide. After enjoying the local specialties, comes the time for a gondola .

Is not only the chance to see a city already unique, but even to do it from a perspective more special and spectacular: on a boat almost legendary. So, Rita and Rikesh boarding, and begins the tour on waters, passing through the Grand Canal and even through the internal canals. A sail that may be immortalized by some master of the paint brush.

But rather than call into question Titian or Tintoretto, perhaps it would be appropriate to disturb at least the pen of William Wordsworth. Indeed, Rikesh, under his sporty but elegant jacket, has an engagement ring to deliver to his beloved. Rihesk planned the wedding proposal after the gondola ride in Venice. His gaze is happy and gently relaxed. And when (finally) the "aqueous coachman" docks at Campiello of Remer, where there is a "random" violinist playing symphonies in the air, Rikesh kneels and asks Rita to marry him. She says “I do”.

Just over six months ago they not even know each other, now they see the same horizon of Venice, all immortalized by an auspicious pre-wedding photo shoot. The tour continues in the meantime. With the arrival of summer, beautiful in the view of the lagoon there is also the island of Venice Lido, a popular seaside resort and home of the Film Festival. Boarded on a private boat, seeing more new views, Rikesh and Rita make their way to the famous Hotel Excelsior, there where the stars of cinema pose for the world press.

Rita and Rikesh descend along the wide white staircase of the hotel, until they reach directly the beach. A few steps on the dam, while bathers tunning themselves.  Rita and Rikesh are holding hands.
