Moryia Yuval Proposal 1130 600

The couple gets aboard a gondola in Saint Mark’s Square, along the Venetian channels the atmosphere is magic, once got to the Bridge of Sighs a banner saying : “Moriya, will you marry me?”

Yuval and Moriya are having a gondola tour in Venice. Suddenly a banner is dropped from a bridge. It is just the first very sweet act of an unforgettable wedding proposal. The tourists all around draw close to the two protagonists in a warm embrace. It is the beginning of the celebration. It is the beginning of that moment they have always dreamed of and that has now finally become a sweet reality. The two lovers take a seat in the boat symbol of the Venetian city. They carry on with their tour. On their faces a smile that never fades.

It is a rainy day in Venice. From the Bridge of Canonica to the less beaten paths of Castello, there is anyway a lot of people coming and going. The tourists take selfies with the Bridge of Sighs in the background. Single or in a couple, it doesn't matter. It is a symbol of love and, as such, everybody would like to have a memory of it in their life. Yuval has been thinking about that for long: to celebrate his engagement day in Venice. Therefore, once organised his trip to Venice, he only has to get in touch with the proper experts and get to work to give his marvellous girlfriend an unforgettable wedding proposal.

Yuval and Moriya are just two of the millions of tourists that every year land in the Maritime Republic; as tourists, they can’t avoid going on a gondola to enjoy a relaxing tour on the lagoon. But there is actually something that makes a difference between them and the other tourists coming from faraway. Yuval organised a romantic wedding proposal on the gondola. Just some minutes have passed since they left for their tour and a banner with their two faces is dropped. Just a few seconds later, the man moves from his seat next to his partner and goes in front of her, takes the ring out and finally asks her hand.

The crowd all around watches that scene, gets moved and claps. Some red petals start drizzling. The two engaged lovers hug. He is now carrying a bunch of red roses to give her. She kisses him. She is still unbelieving and she kisses him again. The weather is changeable. Rain, sun, wind. But it doesn't really matter. Back to land, the many fascinating Venetian porches offer a lovely shelter. The breeze, arrived from the East to the beaches of the Venice Lido, has already crossed the lagoon and now here, as light as the flight of a butterfly, is gently stroking the lips of the two lovers so sweetly close ones to the others.

The sun is definitely fascinating but when the clouds come and go, it exists no such chromatic match nicer than those flashes in the sky that seem to plunge into the still water of the lagoon. Yuval and Moriya are now in the middle of the crowd in Saint Mark’s Square. The orange of Saint Mark’s lion on its red background is dancing in the wind. They are disguising themselves among the people on holiday but today is a day absolutely different from the ones lived before. They go ahead again until they reach the quite close Royal Gardens, one of the few green areas of the lagoon city, made in the nineteenth century in obedience to the French wishes.

Going close to the binoculars in front of Saint Mark’s basin, they watch Venice and the Giudecca Island. The weather keeps being uncertain and changeable. White and grey clouds, bright blue spots, lightnings. Everything seems to be for them only. Everything is with them. Yuval and Moriya really seem to be in their element. They look at their future life that seems to have no boundaries. They watch and scan the Serenissima, firm in their love that has just been made official here, in Venice.
