Exclusive party at Palazzo Pisani Moretta, private event in the most luxurious palace in Venice.

When D. contacted us his idea was extremely clear: a beautiful and charming Palazzo overlooking the Grand Canal was what deserves his wife S. deserved for her birthday. 

After a couple of weeks chatting with them, they flew directly to Venice from Sweden to meet us and to visit a Palazzo we suggested: Palazzo Pisani Moretta. 
We also visited together other locations during their daily stay in Venice but it was not necessary at all as they immediately fell in love with this palace overlooking the Grand Canal.

 

 

Palazzo Pisani Moretta is an ancient palace built in the XV century facing the Canal Grande, very close to Rialto bridge. 
It is one of the most luxurious palaces in the whole Venice, and if you are looking for an exclusive venue for your private event this place reflects exactly what you need. 
If you want to organize an unforgettable day with your guests this ancient Palace an absolute must. Its gothic style and the rich baroque decorations on the inside were made by the most important Venetian painters of the XVIII century like Giambattista Tiepolo, Jacopo Guarana and Gaspare Diziani.

The guests started arriving around 06.00 pm and they all reached the private party at the Palazzo by water taxis as there was a pier with red moquette in front of the entrance to dock all the boats.

The facade of the palace was illuminated with the colors chosen for the floral arrangement, namely different shades of pink, creating a WOW effect.

 

 

It was impossible not to understand that the Palazzo has been rented for an exclusive and private event. 
We hired two security guys at the entrance and there was also a hostess to welcome all the guests who arrived at the Palace for the private party. The hosts D., S. and their kinds greeted everyone and invited them to take pictures on the ground floor, where we set a corner with a photo-set.

Since the ground floor was going to be used for the after party, there have already been set up four groups of red sofas and puffs, as well as mirrored bar counters and flowers:  two vases with flowers in front of the columns of the staircase and two huge wonderful trees created with flowers with the color palette of white, powder pink, violet and a touch of green.

 

 

The atmosphere was incredible! Once the guests left coats and bags in the cloakroom helped by our hostesses, other staff of our team had the task of accompanying the guests to the first floor for the aperitif and the dinner. 
Ancient candelabras and lighting candles were placed all along the main staircase.
The aperitif was served in three dedicated rooms called Sala Stampe, Sala Storia and Sala Tiepolo.

These three rooms are all connected and located on the right wing of the first floor, each one with different styles and colors, as well as a decoration of antique paintings, gold mirrors and candelabras. Three mirrored bar modules and cocktail tables were set in each room.

The atmosphere was truly magical thanks to the classical music in the background that started while the guests were entering into the rooms.  In Sala Tiepolo there was a quartet of strings and a singer who welcomed the guests with “Four seasons by Vivaldi” during the hour of the aperitif. The food and the beverage served were agreed in order to satisfy all the guests:

Once the aperitif was over, we opened the doors of the main Ballroom adjacent to three rooms of the aperitif: the ballroom Sala del Guarana. 

The idea was to keep the dinner’s room secret until the beginning of the dinner itself in order to create a surprise effect for the guests and it worked perfectly: everyone was astonished and speechless with the beauty of the ballroom!

 

 

 The main Ballroom was incredibly magical. There were two long imperial tables of 16 meters each, the mirror tables were in pink gold color as well as the chairs with grey pillows. 

 

 

The mise-en-place was in Versace style with powder pink napkins. 

 

 

The floral decoration on the table was created with high candelabras decorated with powder pink, pink, white and a touch of peach; a lot of candles were placed everywhere along the tables. The entire floor was illuminated with led candles and lights.

 

 

The dinner started at 7.00 pm and there was time for several speeches agreed with D. and his friends as well, that’s why we also provided audio systems and technicians not only on the ground floor where there was the after party, but also on the first floor. 

 

 

The menu decided by D. was a typical Italian menu with a Venetian touch:

The catering service accommodated also all the specific requests of guests with allergies and intolerances and the waiters service was flawless.

After the dinner but before the beginning of the after party / open bar on the ground floor, in the adjacent room Sala del Tiepolo we served coffees and spirits for everybody. 

The DJ for that night was a friend of D., a famous artist that flew directly from Sweden for S.’s birthday. 
We provided all he needed for the performance, such as a mirrored DJ booth and mixers, while he chose to bring his own personal console with him.

 

 

Peter the DJ is really a great performer and everybody enjoyed the party.

This was a great exclusive party in Venice!
