Wedding centerpieces with flowers: a triumph of roses and hortensias

It happened that Marina and Viken, a sweet Armenian couple who came to Venice to celebrate their marriage, asked us for a terrific wedding flower arrangement in shades of pink and purple. 

It was a challenge, but we think the result can speak for itself.

On the table, there were six huge bunches of flowers alternated with beautiful chandeliers. In this video, you can have a more detailed view of the wedding flower decorations, noticing how they enhance the beauty of the location.

 

 

A dreamy purple and gold floral wedding centerpiece 

Erin and Mark are a couple from Chicago who wanted a wedding in blue, purple and gold. They came to Venice in summer, and we arrange their small reception on a rooftop terrace, with several bunches of purple flowers in the center of the table we prepare for them and their guests. In order to respect Erin and Mark’s requests about colors, we put a blue tablecloth on the table, then we positioned the gold plates and masks on it and we started decoring the center with our purple floral centerpieces.

Next to the wedding centerpieces, we placed a double line of candles (on both sides) to enlight the night and make the atmosphere even more romantic, once the sun had gone down. 

 

 

This kind of centerpiece gives a tone of elegance to the table, with the right juxtaposition of colors among the plates, the tablecloth, the candle holders and the chairs. 

Blue, purple and gold are three colors that perfectly fit together, don’t you think?

 

A single but long wedding centerpiece with flower

Nelea and Edward’s orthodox wedding in Venice had to be in pink and white and it was. This sweet couple from Miami asked us to make their dream of a fabulous wedding come true, inside of the most beautiful palaces of our beloved city. 

The wedding centerpiece we created for them was telling a lot about their love and the kind of couple they are. We prepared a single but long floral wedding centerpiece, eternal and delicate as their love. 

We used white and pink roses, together with some more vivid pink hortensias, and we located it in the middle of the table. The gold cutlery and the elegant candle holders made the rest.
