He wanted a luxury marriage proposal, an exclusive moment shared only with the love of his life. He asked for our help to plan such a special day and we had no doubt about the place for the wedding proposal: a magnificent palace in Venice!

There are many Venetian palaces that are absolutely perfect for a marriage proposal, but the one Mutluhan chose is stunning! It has a big marble staircase decorated with statues, huge windows overlooking the Grand Canal, halls with refined paintings and a majestic ballroom entirely decorated with frescoes. A dream setting for the most romantic wedding proposal at palace in Venice!

Mutluhan and Semanur arrived at the airport of Venice in the late morning and we have already booked a water taxi to pick them up and take them to the centre of city, where a romantic lunch was waiting for them in an excellent restaurant. They were both dressed very elegantly and they were always smiling. She was very happy to be in Venice with her soulmate, but she couldn’t imagine the big surprise that was waiting for her: a romantic wedding proposal! 

To keep the surprise until the very last moment, when they finished to eat, we pretended that the coffee will be served in another room upstairs. As soon as they stepped into the ballroom, they couldn’t believe their eyes: in the middle of a stunning ballroom entirely decorated with frescoes, there was a romantic path made with red rose petals taking to a heart made up with rose petals and candles.

While a violinist and a pianist were playing the couple’s favourite songs, Mutluhan and Semanur walked through the room. They couldn’t help looking around at the fabulous frescoes on the walls and on the ceiling. An unbelievable emotion for both the two lovebirds, but especially for her since she wasn’t expecting such a romantic wedding proposal in a palace in Venice!

He got down on his knee, showing a red ring box with a brilliant jewel. She cried of joy and said “yes”. It was a very touching moment and the atmosphere was even more romantic thanks to the music and the decoration with rose petals and candles. The wedding proposal was a success and a great surprise, since she had no clue that he was going to propose to her in the most romantic city of the world: Venice.

After the wedding proposal, they finally drank a coffee sitting in the most elegant chairs they have ever seen, surrounded by candles. We have also put a red rose on the table, as Mutluhan requested. Their happiness was real and we could see it from their eyes, from the way they looked at each other, from the way they talked sweetly thinking about the day when they would have finally been husband and wife. They danced together in the fabulous ballroom booked for exclusive use for their wedding proposal in Venice.

There was no much time left before going back to the airport to catch the plane that would have brought them back home and they were looking forward to share the news with their families and friends and then start planning the wedding. But a romantic marriage proposal in a palace couldn’t be complete without a gondola tour.

The typical boat of Venice was waiting for them just outside the palace and they went aboard ready for a romantic tour along the canals of Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world and the perfect one for a romantic marriage proposal in a palace. They enjoyed the breeze while they admired the elegant buildings and they even passed down one of the most famous bridges of the city: the Rialto bridge.
