They decided to wear sumptuous traditional robes to create a truly unique spectacle to celebrate what will be remembered as the most important day of their lives.

The Carnival of Venice is an event expected all year long. Every corner of the ancient city is magic, from a streamer of a child to the unique aroma of a zabaglione pancake. Nathalie and Philippe contacted the Brilliant Wedding Venice Agency, an expert wedding planner working in the city of Venice, and the result was a wedding into a palace with Carnival costumes. They got married in Venice wearing Carnival costumes. A challenge. A dream. A reality.

The big day arrives. If only Carlo Goldoni was still alive! For sure the famous Venetian playwright who immortalized the Carnival in his pieces would find an inspiration for a new performance. However, this is not a show. This is the symbolic wedding of Nathalie and Philippe, about to be celebrated in a palace in Venice. A few selected guests, all (of course) wearing fancy dresses. In perfect harmony, the French couple enters in a triumph of white and red, the colours of the bouquet.

For obvious "bureaucratic" reasons, Nathalie and Philippe must show their faces. Behind them, a blaze of gowns and masks. Men's hats that the Hatter of Alice in Wonderland would love. Tiaras. Fabrics. Mirrors and fans with floral symbols. Everything is possible during the Venice Carnival.  The ceremony goes on. The bride and groom exchange the rings and then it’s time for a tender and long kiss.

The title of this wedding could be: "Venice, Carnival and the newlyweds." If the wedding is a day unique and unforgettable, living it in Venice and during Carnival is something truly spectacular. Nathalie and Philippe wanted their magical moment and they had it. In the Venetian lagoon, they were surrounded by the colours of a party with very old origins. They embraced the truest spirit. They dedicated their lives to love and once the ceremony was finished, they enjoyed the party in a city that has no equal in the world.
